SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING POLICY

At LBR Apparel Co., we offer free shipping for all orders over $150.

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final after the order has been processed. 

 

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info.shoplbr@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect items after 3 days of receiving shipment. If an item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will ship out a new one to replace it. The defective item does not have to be returned.

 

Please send us an email first with your order number, details of the product and image of the part of defect. We will get back to you if the item is eligible for an exchange.

 

We do not accept returns.

 

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and the item is in stock. Replacement is only acceptable for same color and same size.

 

Sizing

If customer has ordered the wrong size of an item, please send us an email at info.shoplbr@gmail.com within 24 hours of order.
